The Corporate Cash Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to corporate clients within RTM Corporate Bank. This includes maintaining accounts and products in a team-coordinated manner, leveraging corporate cash service teams in other countries, and utilizing state-of-the-art tools to deliver an outstanding client experience.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for the digitalization of services and implementation tasks within DB, offering a full range of self-service tools to clients and bringing efficiency improvements to internal processes.
As the single point of contact for clients, the Corporate Cash Service Specialist will need to act in a coordinated manner with other teams such as KYC, Operations, Legal, etc. to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
The overall objective is to make it easy for clients to do business with DB and provide a reason for them to stay.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have the possibility to lead digitalization projects within the Relationship and Transaction Management area to enhance processes and services.

Your Key Responsibilities
Reports to the Head of Corporate Cash Service, or respective team lead.
Perform product set up activities, including technical onboarding activities that are part of the cash management structure, and coordinate these activities in foreign countries.
Provide excellent service to clients and monitor their digitalization.
Coordinate the flow of documentation to and from clients, collect and verify the information received from clients, and channel it to the relevant teams for E2E execution.
Show ownership of requests received and adhere to the established Corp Cash Service KPI's.
Propose process efficiencies and liaise with the respective teams to implement process improvements.
Your Skills and Experience
Knowledge around Cash Management products and experience in customer service. Knowledge in Trade Finance products and services will be valued.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and in writing. Strong client focus.
Bachelor in Finance, Technology, or Engineering will be valued.
Excellent skills on data mining, AI, and process management will be valued.
Ability to withstand stress, organize, and set priorities to meet deadlines/targets while remaining responsive, calm, and attentive to client needs, proactive mindset
