About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web3 Business Developer to join our team at Univrse. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Web3 and gaming industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Web3 and gaming markets to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Development: Develop and maintain a premium target client list, utilizing various sales techniques to present our offerings to key decision-makers.
  • Business Proposal Development: Create and present business proposals to senior management, including feasibility analysis and financial projections.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, negotiate business deals, and participate in networking activities to increase Univrse's visibility.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Development or Marketing, or similar. Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in Web 3 and/or gaming.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of blockchain technologies and their application in gaming, proven project management and strategic development skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and advanced level of English.
