Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, using structured methodologies to capture and document requirements.
- Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions to ensure that business objectives are met.
- Collaborate with IAG Tech teams, including architecture, software engineering, and cyber security, to design and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and manage test cases to ensure that solutions are thoroughly tested and validated.
- Manage the review and sign-off of documented requirements, ensuring that they meet business and quality standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple cultures.
