Job Title: Tech Business Analyst - Iberia People

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Business Analyst to join our Iberia People team. As a Tech Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business and technology, ensuring that IT solutions meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use structured methodologies to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Create and manage requirements workshop plans and lead workshops to achieve objectives.
  • Capture and document business requirements in a structured format to enable IT to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Support IT with designing solutions and creating test cases.
  • Manage the review and sign-off of documented requirements.
Requirements:
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Recognised Business Analysis qualifications (e.g. BCS Certification in Business Analysis).
  • Recognised Agile and Waterfall qualifications.
  • Recognised process engineering qualifications.
