Job Summary

IBM is seeking a skilled Network Services Pre-Sales Engineer to design, architect, and troubleshoot client network solutions. The ideal candidate will have professional knowledge of the Network Services industry and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and architect client network solutions, including WAN, LAN, SDWAN, Security, Wireless, and Unified Communications.
  • Integrate Cisco solutions with other Cisco solutions as needed.
  • Provide research, problem-solving, technical support, and general maintenance of client relationships.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experienced in selling Network Services and Support solutions.
  • Cisco Certifications: CCNP, CCIE or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of all business sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cold calling and winning new clients.
