About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team at Ask4 Ltd. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for understanding client requirements and translating them into standard and non-standard solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our growth team to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Lead technical engagement with clients and property developers, representing and championing their interests in our technology department.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, supporting them in understanding our internet, IT solutions, and IoT services.
  • Conduct client site surveys, including infrastructure and Wi-Fi assessments.
  • Develop and present technical proposals and solutions to clients, meeting their specific needs and requirements.
  • Produce high-quality handover documentation and provide support during project implementation and handover to our provision teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, conferences, and trade shows to demonstrate our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Understanding and experience working with technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Awareness of the connectivity market, technology, and competitor products.
  • Ability to conduct investigations and analysis of customer needs.
  • Passion for technology and self-motivation to achieve and develop.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with IP, Ethernet, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and GPON networking technologies, design, and implementation.
  • Knowledge of structured cabling and passive optical networks (PON/GPON), fibre optic cabling.
  • Awareness of IPTV, streaming, and casting services, Fibre-IRS, TV and satellite distribution systems, Smart Building and IoT technologies.
