Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Operations and Technology Manager to join our team at Qliktech. As a key contributor to our lead management process and tech stack, you will be responsible for the governance and management of multiple business processes and technologies supporting lead lifecycle and customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own vendor relationship for regular business reviews and product roadmap updates.
  • Maintain existing and project manage future integrations of On24 and other event platforms with other technologies to enhance efficiency and provide comprehensive insights.
  • Own relationship with stakeholders to identify areas of optimizations to expand usage and drive adoption of webinar/event tools.
  • Set up and manage users, user permissions, and roles across your technologies.
  • Own and maintain best practice process documentation and other resources for enablement and adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define webinar/event goals and objectives.
  • Develop and communicate usage and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving future webinars/events based on data analysis.
  • Support the builds of webinars/events on On24 and other relevant event platforms.
  • Conduct pre-webinar checks and rehearsals to ensure smooth execution.
  • Troubleshoot issues during the planning or live phases of webinars/events.

Requirements

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, work independently within a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven with ability to work independently, but works well as part of a larger group.
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience training users on usage of technologies and generating documentation for process flows.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally between teams (IT, marketing, sales, marketing operations).
  • Proven experience managing webinars and other event platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of webinar/event platforms (On24 and similar).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.Com preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation (Marketo preferred).
  • Good working knowledge of lead management, inbound and outbound processes.
