We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our retail business in Spain and Portugal, driving growth and revenue expansion. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in sales management, marketing, customer service, and supply chain management.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our retail business in Spain and Portugal, managing a team of professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic planning and execution to drive revenue growth and profit margins
- Leadership and development of the sales, marketing, customer service, and supply chain teams
- Managing private label and brand business to maximize market share
- International business development as part of the CMC Group
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese retail markets, including supermarkets, discounters, drugstores, perfumeries, and other beauty channels
- Substantial experience in scaling up businesses and managing large retailers
- A conceptual and innovative mindset, combined with pragmatic and hands-on skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional proficiency in German and Portuguese a significant advantage
As a Sales Director at CMC Consumer Medical Care, you will benefit from:
