Deputy Tourism Director

About the role:

As a key member of the Value Retail team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan that targets international markets and partnerships, driving successful business partnerships and meeting sales objectives. You will work closely with the Director to develop and execute a strategic plan that effectively targets international markets and partnerships, and meets sales objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for international markets and partnerships
• Work closely with the Director to develop and execute a strategic plan that effectively targets international markets and partnerships, and meets sales objectives
• Develop and maintain partnerships with key partners, including government entities, travel associations, airlines, hotel groups, etc.
• Monitor the performance of the team and identify areas for improvement
• Provide support and guidance to staff members to help them develop their skills and careers
• Develop and implement B2B2C partnerships strategy with financial, mobility, and travel partners in international markets
• Monitor partners' performance and ensure other KPIs are aligned with company objectives for the region
