Job Title: Sales Director for CMC Spain and Portugal
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our CMC Spain and Portugal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the CMC retail business in Spain and Portugal
- Manage the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and SCM team to achieve sales plans
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Collaborate with the Director Sales International CMC Group to achieve regional sales goals
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the Spanish and Portuguese retail business
- Substantial experience in sales leadership and business development
- Conceptual and innovative mindset
- Pragmatic and hands-on mentality
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills
