Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service via various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Analyze customer problems and offer individual solutions
- Develop a sound understanding of our client's products and services
- Embody our company values and act as a brand ambassador
- Fluent level of Turkish with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
- High level of English (both written and spoken)
- Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving
