Digital Oncology Product Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Oncology Product Lead to drive the commercialization of our Digital Pathology portfolio in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for our digital solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape of digital pathology solutions in the Spanish healthcare space.
- Develop the local strategy for commercialization of the digital pathology global portfolio, including marketing plans and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and publications in the field of digital pathology, and communicate key findings to the team.
- Collaborate with global teams to identify product strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to improve product positioning and competitiveness.
- Generate impactful value propositions for the Spanish market, leveraging global content and market insights.
- Develop and maintain technical and commercial documentation, including product guides, datasheets, and sales materials.
- Work closely with the quality and registration departments to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high product standards.
- Provide commercial and technical support to customers, including product training, detailed product explanations, and assistance with product-related queries.
- Stay up-to-date with product features and clinical indications, and communicate key information to the team.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or business development/sales, with a focus on digital solutions.
- Deep understanding of digital pathology solutions and the Spanish healthcare market.
- Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Fluency in Spanish and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
