About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled D&IT Business Solutions Manager to join our team at JTI. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption of consumer-centric solutions and leveraging technology to enhance our RRP product offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of approved projects, ensuring alignment with JTI's Project Management Framework and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement IT solution strategies to support the Cluster's growth and transformation objectives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Manage identified projects and teams to ensure successful execution while maintaining day-to-day operations.
  • Implement and monitor support models for all applications in the role's portfolio, ensuring KPIs are accomplished and optimizing SLAs across all platforms.
Requirements
  • University Degree in Computer Science or strong IT background/experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in IT Business Solutions discipline with 2+ years in Project Management of Business Solutions/Application.
  • Fluent in oral and written Spanish & English.
  • Experience in at least 3 of the following new technology trends, with strong skills in PowerBI as mandatory: Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft O365 Platform.
