As a Team Leader within the Merchant Servicing Network, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Care Professionals to deliver an exceptional servicing experience for American Express merchants in France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Customer Care Professionals through coaching and performance management.
- Deliver on key metrics and build a diverse and engaged team.
- Inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and ensure the highest customer service standards.
- Build strong relationships with operations stakeholders and partners.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proven ability to coach individuals and maximize their potential.
- Positive communicator with excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Ability to understand the needs of customers and help Customer Care Professionals win and develop.
