About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to join our team at Luxe Talent International. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a diverse supplier network, sourcing new products, and managing inventory to meet customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Network Development: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and diverse product offering.
  • Product Sourcing: Identify and source new products from existing suppliers to meet customer demand and stay competitive.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Supplier Agreements: Create and enforce supplier agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the Buying Assistant in replenishment purchasing and inventory management.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with the CPO and Product team to develop new product offerings and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Procurement Documents: Ensure accuracy in procurement documents, including invoices and packing lists.
  • Cost Analysis: Continuously analyze cost structures and seek ways to reduce expenses.
  • Market Research: Monitor competitors and trends to ensure product offerings remain competitive.
  • Product Launches: Align product launches with marketing and sales strategies to maximize impact.
  • Communication: Foster a collaborative environment where all stakeholders feel valued and informed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in procurement or buying roles.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, detail-oriented, proactive, strong relationship-building and communication skills, ambitious, driven, and ready to grow with the company.
