Sales Operations Analyst

Software AG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop financial plans and monitor the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
  • Support sales compensation policy implementation and prepare data-driven insights for the management team.
  • Manage and analyze data from various sources, including CRM systems, to deliver timely and actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Financial Analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and Microsoft Excel for financial modelling, data analysis, and report generation.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
