Director of Global Customer Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Global Customer Experience to lead our CRM efforts and drive customer loyalty across the globe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Global CRM Team: Manage and motivate a high-performing team of CRM professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop CRM Strategies: Design and implement data-driven CRM strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Measure and Analyze Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and programs.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and integration of CRM goals and initiatives.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay current on the latest CRM trends, best practices, and technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- 10+ Years of CRM Experience: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies and campaigns.
- Strong Analytics and ROI Focus: Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions based on ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer loyalty.
