About the Job: As the Global Director of CRM, you will lead the development and implementation of our CRM strategy, driving sustained incremental growth for our business. You will be responsible for positioning Importante Empresa as a reference brand in providing amazing dining experiences, building a global CRM strategy, and defining a clear approach to lifecycle programs and ad-hoc canvas development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the CRM strategy, focusing on Acquisition & Activation, Retention & Re-engagement, and CRM Capabilities.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a healthy and productive working environment.
  • Partner with central Marketing, local Marketing, central Data, and central Product teams to achieve our ambition in every market.
  • Continuously support and partner with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior leader in CRM development and implementation.
  • Deep understanding of the bigger company picture and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
