Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global cash application process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for standardizing and automating processes to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient posting of customer receipts to clear open invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Global Cash Application Process: Develop and implement strategies to standardize and automate cash application processes, ensuring seamless integration with our global team.
  2. Partner with Business Areas: Collaborate with other business units to ensure systems and processes are utilized to maximum efficiency, driving continuous process improvement.
  3. Implement Automation Tools: Identify, analyze, and implement automation tools, such as SAP search strings and RPA, to streamline and automate information transparency and clearing of A/R.
  4. Manage Customer Payment Remittance Tools: Oversee global customer payment remittance tools, processes, and infrastructure to ensure efficient and accurate clearing of A/R.
  5. Clear Unapplied Cash Accounts: Manually record and clear miscellaneous payments, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of unapplied cash accounts.
  6. Prepare Monthly Account Reconciliation: Prepare and publish timely and up-to-date Blocked Billing and Billing Due List Logs to employees.
  7. Ensure Clean Financial Cut-offs: Accountable for clean financial cut-offs with respect to Sales, Receivables, Cost-of-Sales, and Inventory.
  8. Prepare Commercial Liabilities Report: Prepare and report Commercial Liabilities to the New York Federal Reserve Bank (Form CQ-2).
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or IT with a minimum of three years of related experience.
  2. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, cash application, dispute management, and tools for digital transformation and automation.
  3. Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to work in a diversified environment with different functions, with strong attention to detail.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) Experience: Meaningful experience using digital transformation tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, robotic process automation in the A/R and cash application space.
  2. Beverage Alcohol Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the beverage alcohol industry.
