We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Device Lead to join our team at Importante Empresa. As an Associate Director IPV Affairs, you will play a critical role in supporting the IPV Team in all strategic realizations and compliance operations related to the vigilance of the MD J&J IM portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Represent and Promote the Company Culture**: Represent and promote the culture and vision of the Office of the Chief Medical Officer, J&J Innovative Medicine (IMOCMO), and ensure alignment with the company's values and mission.
- **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams**: Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliant Device processes across IPV, including Global/Regional IPV Leadership teams and GMS.
- **Develop and Implement Strategies**: Liaise between Global/Regional IPV Leadership teams and GMS, advocating for IPV organization and developing strategies to improve efficiency and compliance across IPV.
- **Improve Processes and Efficiency**: Improve IPV-owned processes and influence efficiency and compliance across IPV, working closely with SMEs to identify areas for improvement.
- **Lead Capability Development**: Take ownership of global MD IPV processes, working with SMEs to develop and implement best practices.
- **Support Audit Readiness**: Support audit readiness and inspections for MD-related activities, including audits, inspections, and global CAPAs in IPV related to MD.
- **Identify Trends and Opportunities**: Identify MD trends and opportunities for the IPV Leadership team, and collaborate on regulatory compliance for MD portfolio with Regional Heads and Local Safety Officers.
- **Document Compliance Processes**: Document compliance processes and translate MD requirements into regional/global IPV processes, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- **Act as SME**: Act as MD legislation SME for regional/global impact in IPV, providing expertise to Local Medical Safety Teams on local MD requirements as needed.
- **Lead or Participate in Projects**: Lead or participate in global/regional MD projects and shape strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
