German Sales Team Leader/ Supervisor

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and ensuring seamless operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and report on team performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide feedback and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Manage training programs to upskill agents and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Participate in recruitment processes to identify top talent.
- Optimize shift schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Bilingual proficiency in German and advanced English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Previous experience in sales or related field.
- Able to implement and manage change initiatives.
- Strong customer care orientation and project management skills.
- Proficient in IT systems and applications, including Windows and MS Office.
**Benefits:**
