About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified European & Canada Market Access & Pricing Lead to join our team in Munich, Germany. As a key member of our Oncology team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of European Market Access strategies for Vanflyta.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the European access strategy development and support flawless implementation in all EuCan markets for Vanflyta.
  • Foster close collaboration with external vendors and EUCAN markets to ensure appropriate input into and development of strategies that will lead to successful access and reimbursement in these markets.
  • Interface with regional and key country teams including market access, medical, HEOR & RWE and commercial on matters of pricing and market access ensuring alignment with global counterparts.
  • Work closely with global price, reimbursement and access to provide European insights into and help influence the clinical development programs if required.
  • Ensure price guidance and corridors are in place, in close collaboration with global and key countries, including evaluation of Innovative Value Strategies and contracting.
  • Accountable for the development of the regional Access Strategies and payer toolkit to support launch.
  • Ensure effective and impactful collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively represent DS at major external agency meetings, including payer Ad Boards, internal workshops, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Relevant and demonstrable experience in Pricing & Market Access at country and above country level in a pharmaceutical company (or related such as medical devices); at least 8-10 years.
  • Prior experience in working in Oncology portfolio is a must.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Deep understanding of the EuCan Market Access needs.
