Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager of AI and Testing to join our product team.

This pivotal role is essential to our mission of achieving product-market fit and driving sales for our AI and testing products.

The General Manager will partner closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across all functions.

This role is not just about leading but about being deeply involved in product strategy, market positioning, and sales execution, ensuring that our AI and testing solutions meet market needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute the GTM strategy for AI and testing products, aligning with the company's vision and goals.

Product positioning with Product Marketing Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of AI and testing products into the overall company strategy.

Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation for emerging products.

Pricing and Packaging:

Define and implement effective pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.

Continuously evaluate and adjust pricing models based on market feedback and competitive analysis.

Product Strategy & Management:

Work closely with the product team to iterate on product features based on market feedback and evolving customer needs.

Ensure the product pipeline is robust, innovative, and aligned with market trends and customer requirements.

Ensure products are designed and positioned for commercial success by conducting market research and financial analysis.

Act as the voice of the customer within the organization to ensure customer needs are prioritized in product development.

Sales and Market Positioning:

Partner with the sales team to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that effectively position our AI and testing products in the market.

Develop business cases and go-to-market strategies that support product investment decisions.

Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, ensuring the product meets market demands.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and deliver training, tools, and resources that enable effective product selling.

Performance Metrics:

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI and testing products, ensuring targets for product pipeline and sales are met.

Continuously analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:

Promote a customer-centric approach across the team, ensuring customer success and satisfaction are at the forefront of all activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the AI and testing space, with a strong track record of driving product and sales success.

Deep understanding of AI technologies and testing methodologies, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive results.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities.

The exact salary will be determined based on the individual's qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.

Salary Range (OTE): $225,000—$250,000 USD
