**Job Title:** Studio Product Assistant

**Job Summary:** We're looking for a Studio Product Assistant to join our central offices in Sils. As a Studio Product Assistant, you will be responsible for developing administrative tasks for the department, including document and file management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement administrative tasks for the department, including document and file management.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and other external teams to oversee the product life cycle and potential modifications.
  • Create a record of product states and upload product images to the website.
  • Participate in product committee meetings to stay informed about deadlines and timelines, facilitating coordination with the studio.
  • Establish contact with the sample area and warehouse to coordinate product availability for shootings or events.
  • Introduce and inform about any changes related to deadlines, in close collaboration with the product department and the studio.
  • Maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in similar roles.
  • Valuable knowledge of Photoshop.
  • Experience with internal logistics software.
  • Ability to organize and manage time.
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
