**Job Title:** Studio Product Assistant
**Job Summary:** We're looking for a Studio Product Assistant to join our central offices in Sils. As a Studio Product Assistant, you will be responsible for developing administrative tasks for the department, including document and file management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement administrative tasks for the department, including document and file management.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and other external teams to oversee the product life cycle and potential modifications.
- Create a record of product states and upload product images to the website.
- Participate in product committee meetings to stay informed about deadlines and timelines, facilitating coordination with the studio.
- Establish contact with the sample area and warehouse to coordinate product availability for shootings or events.
- Introduce and inform about any changes related to deadlines, in close collaboration with the product department and the studio.
- Maintain a well-organized and productive work environment.

**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in similar roles.
- Valuable knowledge of Photoshop.
- Experience with internal logistics software.
- Ability to organize and manage time.
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
