Job Title: Sales Manager Energy EMEA

MANN+HUMMEL is a leading global filtration company, and we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a sales team to achieve our vision of 'leadership in filtration.'

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global sales strategies and identify new business opportunities for defined customers or markets.
  • Lead, direct, develop, and coordinate a sales team to ensure they follow developed strategies.
  • Steer strategic and operational planning processes and target agreements with local sales forces.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for defined customers and/or markets.
  • Conduct contract negotiations with customers in cooperation with the Director of Industrial.
  • Monitor accounts receivables for assigned customers and solve issues/define countermeasures in case of deviations.
  • Monitor market and industry trends, define market prices, and initiate target costing in projects to ensure MANN+HUMMEL competitiveness.
  • Observe and analyze competitors' situations and market trends.
  • Act as a main point of contact for local colleagues within a region, coordinate project activities, build up/support teams within a region, and support networking.
  • Forecast customer/market trends for forward planning.
Your Profile:

We are looking for an experienced professional who can manage our partnership with customers and drive our continued expansion. You will bring:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration (technical oriented).
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience within Sales and/or Project Management, ideally within the Industry and in Powergen business.
  • OE Management experience.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and English presentation and communication skills.
  • Customer orientation, organization, and coordination skills; self-initiative and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Leadership skills and conflict management.
  • Financially driven and negotiation skills.
