About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Territory Sales Manager to join our 3W Passenger Team in Bengaluru.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is passionate about increasing Exponent Energy's market share in the city and beyond. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth running of ground operations and provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Conduct comprehensive training for the sales team and manage relationships with drivers, fleet managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in 3W or commercial vehicle sales and operations.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
