Key Responsibilities- **Feature Definition**: Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design, and business teams, to gather product requirements and articulate feature specifications and user stories.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and help the engineering team achieve a smooth development process.
- **Product Management**: Manage squad or mini-squad product management, including product management and resource control for the R&D process of strategic initiatives.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicate initiative status, updates, and key milestones to business stakeholders and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management for B2B software solutions.
- Technical knowledge with the ability to understand and communicate technical requirements and issues.
- Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira) and product management software (such as ProductBoard).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent speaker of English and Spanish.
- Attention to detail and information hierarchy, excellent communication skills to articulate insights, thoughtful approaches to problem solving.
- Commitment to collaboration, and enthusiasm for creative thinking.
