About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Metricool. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our corporate web server, ensuring high performance and security.

You will also be responsible for administering and optimizing our company's WordPress site to enhance user experience, managing Mautic as an email marketing platform, and implementing and maintaining technical tools to optimize user communication.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing, sales, and customer support teams to streamline and improve technical communication processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the corporate web server to ensure high performance and security.
  • Administer and optimize the company's WordPress site to enhance user experience.
  • Manage Mautic as an email marketing platform, ensuring effective communication with our users.
  • Implement and maintain technical tools to optimize user communication.
  • Develop and improve mini online tools using frameworks like Laravel or Symfony.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to streamline and improve technical communication processes.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles managing web servers, WordPress, and email marketing tools.
  • A degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Advanced English (B2/C1 level preferred) and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in PHP and experience with frameworks like Symfony (preferred) and Laravel.
  • Technical expertise in managing WordPress websites and web servers.
  • Knowledge of Mautic or similar email marketing platforms (preferred).
