Job Title: Technical Infrastructure Integration Manager

The Technical Infrastructure Integration Manager is a critical role within Microsoft, responsible for overseeing the integration of technical infrastructure projects across various sites. This position requires strong project management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal Microsoft scope and resource efforts, requirements, and schedules with those of the GC, Owned Vendors, and Suppliers to ensure a smooth and timely handover of the fitted-out Data Centre facility and capacity to the Microsoft Operations team and Business Groups.
  • Work closely with the Data Center Engineering (DCE) team and supporting specialty consultants to review, improve, and execute the design.
  • Coordinate the telecom materials procurement, telecoms installation, Security systems installation, FFE procurement, and installation.
  • Align with the Construction PM to agree delivery strategies across multiple sites and manage a continuous improvement program that will result in a lean project delivery approach.
  • Identify and manage stakeholder dependencies and construction deliverables and handoffs for/with Microsoft Security (DCPS), Microsoft IT (CSE), DCI NE, Networking, and Integrated services.
Requirements:
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) – Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly desired.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience managing large-scale enterprise projects with both localized and virtual teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
