We are seeking a seasoned sustainability professional to join our team at ERM Group. As a Corporate Sustainability Expert, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of climate change and sustainability.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing climate strategies and transition plans for our clients.
- Conducting science-based target initiative assessments and climate-related financial risk analyses.
- Supporting the development of corporate sustainability programs, including sustainability strategies, human rights due diligence processes, and CSR strategies.
- Assisting with the preparation of corporate sustainability reports and responding to sustainability indices.
- Collaborating with clients to assess business programs for social needs and measuring their broader societal impacts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in environmental engineering, industrial engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
- Four to six years of experience in environmental management and sustainability-related services.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to record and write detailed technical data and reports.
- Fluency in Spanish and English languages, with additional languages such as French or Italian being a plus.
