About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Kepler Cheuvreux. As a Static Data Officer - Back & Middle Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Ensure the efficient and accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of static data in internal systems, including client information, security details, and reference data.
  • Data Reconciliation: Reconcile static data across various systems to ensure consistency and accuracy; Collaborate with clients and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze static data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Produce and distribute regular reports on data quality, highlighting key issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and propose improvements to static data management processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Interest in financial products and markets.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office (Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
