About the Role

Kepler Cheuvreux is a leading independent European financial services company. We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient and accurate entry, updating, and maintenance of static data in internal systems, including client information, security details, and reference data.
  • Reconcile static data across various systems to ensure consistency and accuracy, and collaborate with clients and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Analyze static data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement, and produce and distribute regular reports on data quality, highlighting key issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Identify and propose improvements to static data management processes, and work closely with other departments, such as IT, compliance, and operations, to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Interest in financial products and markets.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office (Excel).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • French proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
