Job Title: Collaborative Data Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Collaborative Data Management Specialist to join our team. As a Collaborative Data Management Specialist, you will play a key role in governing, optimizing, and driving the adoption of Microsoft collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) and the Power Platform across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a data management strategy through Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

• Ensure governance and compliance of shared data, adhering to internal policies and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, data security).

• Oversee the architecture of collaborative spaces to optimize the user experience.

• Lead training and awareness sessions on best practices for using Teams and SharePoint.

• Track KPIs and performance metrics to maximize the adoption of collaborative tools.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, IT, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in Microsoft 365 environments, particularly Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint (administration, content management, governance).

• Expertise in using the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

• Knowledge of data governance and security principles.

• Experience in managing a center of excellence or cross-functional teams.

What We Offer:

• Full-time Freelance contract

• Rate: €240/€260 per day + VAT (According to proven experience)

• Long Term Project. Recurrence in Projects

• Location: Alcobendas (Madrid) - Hybrid: 3/4 days a week in person in the office
