About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HAM/SAM Product Architect to join our Global Digital Workflows team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding an international team of developers and business analysts to deliver high-quality and secure ServiceNow best practices solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with project team members, stakeholders, and vendors to evaluate enhancement/customization requests and provide design recommendations.
  • Support the development, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of Configuration Management and Asset Management processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Validate Solution Designs in Service Device Lifecycle Management created by Business Analysts to meet the overall Healthineers Enterprise Architecture.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow SAM/HAM and CMDB solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and guidelines.
  • Ensure architectural designs are compliant with Siemens Healthineers quality, security, and data protection regulations.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed a university degree in the field of IT.
  • At least 2-4 years of IT work experience in Design and Architecture of Solutions in IT service management frameworks.
  • Expert knowledge in at least 2 of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC.
  • Strong experience in Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management (e.g., ServiceNow) and understanding workflows and integrations for service automation.

About You

  • Ability to lead discussions on relevant business topics in English for efficient communication with colleagues and partners worldwide.
