Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Project Delivery Group (PDG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the physical, financial, and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scope Understanding: Understand the project scope, deliverables, execution timeline, pricing structure, and reporting formats.
  • Quantification and Costing: Conduct quantifications, cost estimates, and price analyses; measure and value work completed on-site.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Evaluate and measure KPIs to ensure project performance.
  • Project Management: Manage and report on ongoing work and significant quantity deviations for forecast issuance.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit comprehensive reports to clients; serve as a liaison with clients and other construction professionals.
  • Documentation and Validation: Perform MTO (Material Take-Off) from IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings for CWP (Construction Work Package); create forms and report formats for materials; validate contractor progress estimates using ROC (Rules of Credit); testify and monitor installed quantities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: More than 10 years of experience in a measurement control role, preferably in medium to large multidisciplinary projects in an EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in MS Office and experience with estimation tools and systems; knowledge of P6 would be an advantage.
  • Site Experience: Site experience would be an advantage.
