Key Responsibilities- Project Documentation Review: Review all project documentation, including data sheets, construction plans, and special specifications, to identify potential problem areas and request necessary information for project execution.
- Work Planning: Present the project planner with necessary measures for work planning, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Meetings and Coordination: Manage meetings with the supervision coordination area, presenting proposals and improvements for project progress in accordance with scheduled dates.
- Techical Offer Assessment: Issue reports assessing technical offers during the offer request process.
- Lessons Learned: Compile lessons learned at the end of projects, issuing a report with a complete analysis of economic diversions compared to affected areas and suggesting operational improvements.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and propose necessary preventive measures for compliance with current regulations.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a similar position in the petrochemical industry, gas & oil, and energy sectors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software related to supervision and site revision is also required.
Language and Location
Fluent in Spanish and with the ability to work in Spain. Immediate hiring is required, and candidates must be citizens of the European Union or possess a valid Work Permit to work in Spain.
