**Job Summary:**

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Process Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, prepare and send invoices, process incoming purchase invoices, oversee payments and accounts payable, process monthly expense reports, execute payroll processes, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

**Responsibilities:**

  • • General Accounting: Manage accurate financial records

  • • Client Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients promptly and accurately

  • • Purchase Invoices Processing: Handle all incoming purchase invoices and record them correctly

  • • Payments and Accounts Payable: Oversee payments and manage accounts payable efficiently

  • • Expense Reports: Process monthly expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies

  • • Monthly Payroll: Execute payroll processes and ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time

  • • Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders

  • • Tax Calculations and Reporting: Calculate payroll taxes and manage timely tax filings

  • • Financial Analysis Support: Assist the CFO and Head Accountant with financial analyses to inform strategic decisions

**Requirements:**

To be successful as a Financial Process Specialist, you should have:

  • • A degree in Accounting or a related field

  • • Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in a startup environment

  • • Skilled in working with DIRECTO software

  • • Experience in payroll management and handling tax filings

  • • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

  • • Excellent communication skills in both English and Estonian

**What We Offer:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including good compensation, wellness and educational perks, 3 YOLO days annually, 32 Days annual holiday, flexible working time, and annual offsite and other team events.
