**Job Summary**

As a Program Director at Microsoft, you will be responsible for leading large-scale technology programs that drive business growth and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your program management skills and experience to build relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, manage programs across multiple locations and time zones, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage program and delivery performance, focusing on customer satisfaction, tangible outcomes, and high-quality results.
  • Participate in the pre-sales process and articulate the business value proposition associated with the program or change.
  • Guide cross-team and third-party partnerships, influencing without authority and leveraging the power of diverse teams.
  • Apply program governance standards, compliance, and best practices to ensure successful delivery of projects on scope, on schedule, and on budget.
  • Monitor commercial aspects of your program, driving financial integrity and making informed decisions.
  • Mentor other team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to drive growth and development.
  • Research and share intellectual property (IP) to improve how we operate and drive innovation.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience managing large-scale technology programs, preferably at an international scale.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
