Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations Management: Provide guidance and support to managers on resolving employee relations cases and facilitate formal hearings.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Collaborate with business leaders to create and execute organizational procedures, driving HR excellence and strategic insights.
  • Internal Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain trust-based relationships with internal clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • HR Data Management: Process HR data, enhance data collection tools, and streamline administrative processes to support business decisions.
  • Business Advice: Provide expert advice on interpreting and applying policies and procedures, resolving queries, and driving business outcomes.
  • HR Frameworks and Tools: Supervise HR operations, from recruitment to compensation, in accordance with Group Policy, and lead Trade Union/Works Council negotiations.
  • HR Data Analytics and Insights: Deliver HR data analysis, identify trends, and contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues and enhancement of employee engagement.
