UAP (Autonomous Production Unit Manager) - Production Excellence Leader

The UAP (Autonomous Production Unit) Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective operation of the UAP Team, including HR matters for team members. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans that align with Group standards and ensure feasibility.
- Financial Management: Prepare and present the UAP budget, manage actual production costs, and maintain product margin.
- Team Management: Ensure appropriate staffing, maintain a safe working environment, detect and advise training needs, and promote transparency.
- Customer Service: Serve as the official plant representative to the customer, meeting established specifications for cycle time, delivery, quality, quantity, and costs.
- Process Improvement: Implement action plans to improve functionality and productivity, and achieve program and Group objectives.
- Resource Planning: Coordinate with the Industrial Engineering department to optimize stocks, equipment, staffing, and activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Maintain dashboard indicators and status reports to track lead time, supply-chain targets, and HSE performance.
- Education: Master's degree in engineering with a specialization in Production.
- Experience: At least 5 years of production experience and 3-5 years of team management experience.
- Skills: Operational knowledge of Production methods (Kanban, 5S, Hoshin, TPM, GPAO).
