Industry Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Microsoft team as an Industry Advisor, focusing on the Healthcare sector. As a key member of our EMEA Health & Life Sciences team, you will play a crucial role in driving healthcare transformation, working closely with health providers and payors across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Nurture New Business Opportunities: Engage with Healthcare organizations to generate and nurture new business opportunities, leading customer engagements and driving hands-on discussions.
- Thought Leadership and Influence: Operate as a thought leader and influencer in the health tech sector, elevating Microsoft's reputation and impact in these markets.
- Business and Technological Discussions: Engage and lead business discussions and technological discussions with customers, driving hands-on engagements and acting as a subject matter expert.
- Project Management: Manage multiple end-to-end projects and engagements with various Healthcare organizations regionally and internationally.
- Strategic Planning: Work with the Microsoft leadership team at country and regional level to shape Microsoft's health strategy and business plans.
- Industry Insights: Provide insight from customers and partners to the worldwide Microsoft industry teams to help learn and shape future industry strategy and solutions.
- Extensive Healthcare Experience: A proven background and knowledge of Healthcare systems and organizations, with a demonstrated ability to drive discussions with Healthcare organizations and key stakeholders.
- Technological Expertise: A demonstrable background in driving technological discussions with customers, with an ability to be technologically hands-on within customer engagements.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Business Development and Sales: A proven ability to own and drive and manage multiple simultaneous engagements and projects end-to-end, with experience in business development and/or sales in the healthcare sector.
- Relevant Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant subject, such as Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience, with experience in healthcare technology and a strong understanding of the Microsoft product offering.
