Your Role

This position will play a critical role in driving our performance in various Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics managed by our Procurement team.

You will work on initiatives (either leading them or as a team member) in fields such as biodiversity protection, conflict minerals, human rights, water and waste management, circular economy, etc. You will contribute to ensuring compliance with relevant environmental regulations and laws to minimize risks for our company. You will also constantly seek ways to improve our sustainability practices and help us to raise the standards of our sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement ESG strategies to drive business growth and minimize risks.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental and social risks in our supply chain.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on relevant sustainability regulations and standards.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as consultants and suppliers.
  5. Provide training and support to colleagues on ESG best practices and regulatory requirements.
  6. Contribute to the development of our sustainability reporting and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, business, or law.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience working on ESG frameworks and sustainability reporting.
  3. Proficiency in relevant sustainability regulations and standards, such as ISO 14001 and ISO 26000.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  6. Project management experience is desired.
  7. Adaptability, attention to detail, and good time management skills.
  8. Ability to work remotely, independently, and as part of a virtual team.
  9. Strong presentation skills; fluency in English.
