Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance
- Collaborate with our Procurement team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws
- Conduct risk assessments and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as biodiversity protection, conflict minerals, human rights, and circular economy
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including consultants and suppliers
- Provide expertise and support to internal stakeholders on ESG-related matters
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, business, or law
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in relevant sustainability regulations, including the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and EU Packaging Directive
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop meaningful conclusions
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team
