Job Title: Environmental Health & Safety Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist to join our cross-sector department. The successful candidate will provide support to our Commercial, Warehouse, and Corporate teams, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for employees, including annual training plans, new hire training, and internal and external training sessions.
  • Collaborate with the investigation and reporting of accidents and incidents, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Participate in internal inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the EHS Communication Plan, ensuring effective communication with employees and stakeholders.
  • Support the coordination of business activities, including the validation of access for contractors and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of company standards and mandatory EHS regulations.

Requirements:

  • Superior Technician in Environmental Health & Safety or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical sector or related industries.
  • Three preventive specialties.
  • University degree in a scientific-technical field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of autonomy and data analysis ability.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety legislation.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Digital literacy and experience with data software.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience working in multinational companies and cross-sector environments.
