As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence projects for acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and property sales and leases.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in EHS and ESG due diligence projects for acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, and property sales and leases.
- Participate in major development and redevelopment projects assisting with the compliance and consenting process.
- Participate in projects related to circular economy, ESG strategies, and sustainability reporting & certifications.
- Help provide technical assistance for sustainable solutions to clients.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental engineering, environmental science, biology, chemistry, or related disciplines.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in environmental due diligence and/or in EHS management and sustainability related services.
- Effective written/verbal communication and organisation/analytical skills.
- Professional fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, Spanish communication skills is a plus.
