Oatly Ab is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join our team in Millville, NJ. As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as developing employee safety and environmental programs. This role will involve investigating injuries/illnesses, near-misses, and environmental accidents, and assisting with the development and implementation of EHS programs, policies, and procedures. You will also provide industrial hygiene support, sampling, and solutions as needed, and provide safety support and manage institutional health and safety programs or services. Additionally, you will identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and develop hazard control practices and programs, monitor and inspect employees for compliance with PPE and other regulations, and assist with OSHA, EPA, and DOT compliance activities. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory agency interactions and standards, as well as excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety/Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering/Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of EHS experience, we encourage you to apply.
