About the Role

Erm is seeking a highly skilled Environmental, Health & Safety Consultant to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our EHS team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and implementation of corporate Environmental, Health & Safety strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of EHS strategies and programs, including diagnostics, compliance, and technical audits.
  • Design and implement activities related to H&S Training and field coaching, including competency assessment and training programs for behavioral change.
  • Support the design and implementation of HSE and Sustainability governance processes aimed at driving Operational performance improvement of Organizations.
  • Contribute to specific sustainability activities, such as Low Carbon Economy Transition projects, Carbon neutrality and climate change projects, Life-Cycle Assessments, and circular economy initiatives.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience across HSE and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry.
  • Master's degree in Environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural Resources Management, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Working knowledge of English (C1) is required; knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus (preferred French).
  • Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and international HSE & Sustainability Guidelines/Standards (e.g., SDGs, TCFD, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 26000, SA8000).
