About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Support Specialist to join our Ebury Group Treasury team. As a Trade Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing client FX trades, verifying trade confirmations, and ensuring seamless trade execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client FX trades, including trade verification, confirmation, and amendments in line with internal processes and SLAs.
  • Manage FX trades booked with liquidity providers, including matching and reconciliation via various third-party platforms.
  • Provide rate provision and deal execution for trades booked with specific liquidity providers, including internal book management.
  • Manage trade amendments and ad-hoc exceptions in line with internal processes and SLAs.
  • Creation and provision of supplementary trade documentation, including statements, where required.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including liquidity providers, front office teams, and colleagues, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Diligent and detail-oriented with a strong analytical mind.
  • Proactive and able to work within strict time-frames and under pressure.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Co-operative and comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarification.
  • Adaptable and able to cope with changing products, processes, and procedures.
  • Fluency in English, with any other language considered a real benefit.
