About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trade Support Specialist to join our team at Ebury. As a Trade Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client FX trades, verifying trade confirmations, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client FX trades, including trade verification, confirmation, and amendments
  • Manage FX trades booked with liquidity providers, including matching and reconciliation via various third-party platforms
  • Provide rate provision and deal execution for trades booked with specific liquidity providers
  • Manage trade amendments and ad-hoc exceptions in line with internal processes and SLAs
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including liquidity providers and front office teams
